Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Trim the stem off the jalapeño. Remove the seeds and ribs for a milder sauce, or leave some in for more heat.
- Blend the jalapeño, coriander, lime juice, lime zest, garlic powder, salt and water until the jalapeño is finely chopped.
- Add the yogurt and pulse just until smooth and flecked with green.
- Taste and adjust the salt or lime, then chill until ready to serve.

- Drizzled over Nacho Chicken Bean Burritos
