Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Finely chop the dill and zest the lemon.
- Whisk the yogurt, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper and salt until smooth.
- Whisk in the water to loosen it.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes so the dill flavors the sauce.
