Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 2 garlic cloves, unpeeled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Toast the unpeeled garlic cloves in a dry pan over medium-low heat, covered, for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until soft and browned in spots.
- Let the garlic cool slightly, then peel and mash it into a paste.
- Whisk the garlic paste into the yogurt with the parmesan, garlic powder, black pepper, lemon juice and salt.
- Whisk in the water to loosen it, then taste and adjust the salt and pepper.
