Single-Serve Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip
A one-person buffalo chicken dip made with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, baked and broiled until the cheese is crispy.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp buffalo sauce
- Ranch seasoning, to taste
- 2 oz cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 serving (about 1 oz) shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a small oven-safe dish or ramekin, mix the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and spread it into an even layer.
- Top with the Mexican cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until hot all the way through.
- Switch the oven to broil on high and broil until the cheese is browned and crispy, watching closely.
